Oh.... How I Love These Times.

Oh... how I love these times. The times when I can wake up at 9:30, and not 5:15 in the morning. The times when I can spend time with my family. The times when I can eat breakfast, go for a run, relax at borders for an hour or two and read, go out with my friends, and then come home for a delicious dinner. Oh.. how I love these times. Unfortunately, these times spent running were not along the beach near the Atlantic Ocean, I have to relax at borders because that is the only place that is relaxing in -ew- northwest Indiana, and I am not enjoying time with my Friends splashing water at them in the Atlantic Ocean. No, I am here. However, Spring Break was quite interesting. I had wonderful time being away from the endless work. Even though I am not on a Beach by the Atlantic Ocean... oh how I loooove these times.

Dreamer Days.

You may have noticed, but I am especially thoughtful today. I enjoy calling these days Dreamer Days. I Dream, I think, and I write. "Anything Goes Here" is just a place to record these dreams. I enjoy being alone, and having these dreamer days.
Anyways, where was I? Oh yes.... I would like to say something. Here it is::: Be the Friend. Be the one who is there. When one is suffering, do not look at the suffering, and run away. Not, do not run away ever, but otherwise, try having empathy. Listen to person, analyze the problem, and put yourself in their place. Imagine how you would feel, and react how you would want one to react to you, if you were in the predicament. Have empathy. See one's point of view. Have an open mind. Have Empathy.

Podcasting Rocks... even though I may not Rock so much at it?

The Podcast in Journalism was boat loads of fun. I enjoyed it. I didn't do so well on the project, but oh well, I suppose. I was expecting this project to be awful, but it wasn't. I enjoyed the odd things we did on video tape, and am a tad frightened to put it out for the internet for the world to see. D:! Oh well. :P :) :D

Today and Always...

I will not die an unlived life, I will not fear fear of falling. I choose to inhabit my days, allow my living to open me, make me less afraid, more accessible to loosen my heart until it becomes a wing, a torch, a promise. I choose to risk my significance, to live so that which came to me as a seed, goes to the next a blossom, and that which came to me as a blossom, goes on to the next as a fruit.

Spring Baby:)

I now have a BEAUTIFUL new baby cousin named Regan Hope Kooistra. I already love her to death. When I went to visit her in the hospital, she was so cute, she was furrowing her eyebrows and throwing her hands up in the air, she seemed to be thinking awfully hard. My favorite thing about her is her tiny little finger nails on her tiny, wrinkly little hands. :)Girl number 5 out of 15 cousins. Thank goodness, one-third! I love her to death people,I already love her to death. :)

Love is...

Alright. I walk into a resturant, put my family's name on the list, and sit on a bench. This was an Italian Resturant. Now, I usually don't walk into resturants searching for and answer on what the definition of love is. On this paricular day, I was more thoughtful than usual, and ironically enough, thinking about love. I am a random thinker, I do that often. I enjoy pondering the values of life and the complexity of human nature every once and a while. To get back to the story, I sat down on the bench, looked into the seating/eating area and found myself staring at the wall, which actually said, Love is.... adding the perfect amount of garlic. Now if these scammers are telling the truth about love than I must have a pretty messed up definition of love. You know? But obviosly, its just some cutesy wootsy little thing that attracts some to there resturant, I suppose. So I got on to pondering the defiinition of love. I couldn't place it. What do you think? Is there one? I don't know. If I had to say what love is... well....well, I know it is definately not adding the perfect amount of garlic. :/
